The Old West is one of the most fascinating and romanticized eras in history. Guns of the time were as famous as the men who carried them.
The McFaddin-Ward House is pleased to bring renowned firearms expert Jim Supica to round out its lecture series this year. Mr. Supica is Director of the National Rifle Association’s museums in Fairfax Virginia. In his lecture, he will examine history’s most famous firearms and explore the stories behind them. He’ll be showing guns attributed to colorful and historic Old West figures such as Jesse James, Texas Jack Omohundro, and Black Jack Ketchum. You don’t want to miss this one!
Doors open at 6:00. The lecture starts at 6:30. We have limited seating, so get there early.
