Craft & Share Workshop for Seniors – A Joyful Advent: Wreath Making

The McFaddin-Ward House Museum invites senior adults (65+) to join in our “A Joyful Advent: Wreath Making” Craft & Share Workshop on Tuesday, November 18, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Museum’s Visitor Center Lecture Hall (1906 Calder Ave. in Beaumont).

A long-standing Christmas tradition is the making of an Advent wreath. Attendees will learn the history behind the wreath and what it stands for while making a wreath to bring home. The McFaddin family were lifelong members of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church where Advent has been celebrated for many decades. Bring a friend and come enjoy the morning with us.

There is no fee for this event. Reservations are required as space is limited.
