Beaumont, TX; May 4, 2023 – Phase 1 of the McFaddin-Ward House electrical upgrade is nearing completion as work moved into the 14th week.
Electricians from Newtron Electrical Services focused on mounting electrical boxes and putting finishing touches on connecting wiring. The front porch wiring is nearing completion, with the central ceiling lamp and one of two wall sconces reinstalled.
Oak Grove Restoration Company continued with floorboard repair on the third floor and began preparations for Phase 2 of the project, which will focus on plaster repair work, painting, and thorough interior cleaning.
