Director of Educational Programming
A native of Beaumont, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Journalism from Lamar University in 2005. She completed an internship with the Public Relations Office at Lamar University where she worked on the Cardinal Cadence Alumni Magazine. During her years as a student there, she wrote for the University Press. Upon completion of her degree, Jennifer went on to broadcast news for the local KOLE morning show.
Most recently, Jennifer taught for four years at Hamshire-Fannett High School, teaching A/V Production, Business English, English I, and Reading. She also coached Academic UIL events and led a team in the UIL Film Festival.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading and cheering on her sons at their football and soccer games.
