SUMMARY:Homeschool Workshop: Tea & Talk
DESCRIPTION:The McFaddin-Ward House Education Department cordially invites homeschoolers ages 8-12 and their adults to attend a Tea & Talk Homeschool Workshop on Wednesday\, March 20. Guests will learn how tea became a staple of high society and also learn proper Victorian and Edwardian etiquette at a tea party. A sampling of treats and tea options are available for all attendees. \nVictorian or Edwardian attire is recommended\, including hats and gloves. Period dress is not required for participation. \nThere is no fee for this event. Reservations are required as space is limited. \nRegistration is now open! Please complete the Google form\, linked here\, to hold your place or contact the museum’s education department at 409-832-1906.
