DESCRIPTION:The McFaddin-Ward House Education Department cordially invites homeschoolers and their adults to attend a St. Patrick’s Day Tea and Talk on Friday\, March 17. \nGuests will learn how tea became a staple of high society and proper Victorian and Edwardian etiquette at a tea party. \nA sampling of treats and tea options are available for all attendees. \nVictorian or Edwardian attire is recommended\, including hats and gloves. Period dress is not required for participation. \nThere is no fee for this event. \nSpace is limited. Reservations are required. Please complete the Google form to hold your place or contact the museum’s Education Department at 409-832-1906.
